Everything that the Mini Centre did was faultless. Where improvements can be made is in the volume of e mails from the Central Teams. They completely over complicate a simple process; let the Salesman be the prime link with the customer.

The dealership team I.e Josh and the business manager Owen were very helpful and empathetic of the safety issue. The service from Mini UK was unacceptable, extremely unhelpful and refused to address a safety issue until I contacted the CEO.

Sales person was very helpfull
