Fabulous non-pressurised service from Tom, Thomas and Ellie. A couple of hiccups with collection date due to damage to the bumper on receipt at the dealership and my insurance. All sorted out no faff or drama.

On leaving the garage i had no alerts, however after 1 day i now have more alerts, why was this not found whilst in the garage?

Drop off was a joke. The garage wasn't open and the cleaner gave me access the drop off boxes. Turns out that the service guy was on a course. Pick up was no better. I called continuously at 5.15 (5.30 collect)and was told

Durham vertu were fine and fixed the problem after my car was taken from my home by the Mini breakdown service because a software glitch prevented my car from being used. I am disappointed that this should have happened to a brand new car.

Car booked in all day for first service dropped off at 8:00am service didnt begin until i phoned to check car was ready at 15:45 noticed car moved into workshop at 15:50 (checked on mini app) service complete at 17:05 why bring the car in early ?

Dropped car off at 8.30 and it was still not ready at 5pm. I was told it would be all day as major service and MOT but I think I saw it still on the ramp when I went to collect it. No one available to wash it so was offered a free one another time.

Service was good and easy to do However service log on the car computer not updated. Last year service logs went missing. I have paper work so not a issue but always good it the car computer log is up date Josh was good as previous year

Really great customer service, fit me in for diagnostics after a warning light came on. Just a shame about the outcome (more than it's worth to fix) but at least the advice was honest.
